Shipping and Delivery:

National Shipping: We offer free shipping across the nation.

Delivery Time: The goods are normally delivered in 5-7 days of order. You can also keep a track of your order shipment from the delivery mail sent on your registered email address to know about your order.

International Shipping: We deliver worldwide with nominal shipping charges of $20.

Delivery Issues:

In case, if the order is not collected by the client when our courier partner attempts to deliver, they will try to connect with you via call or message. And after two consecutive delivery attempts, the undelivered parcel will be driven back to our fulfillment center.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:

How do I return?

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • The product should be unworn and unused
  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging and tags

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Order Delays or Cancellations

In case, if the order takes longer to get delivered exceeding your given shipment date. You can drop a mail to us on support@walktrendyshoes.com with your tracking number, to our attention at the issue and resolve it promptly.

Split Shipments

In case of bulk orders, we apply the policy of split shipment to reach out our customers rapidly. Hence, you can receive 2 or more parcels for a single order simultaneously.

Auto-canceled orders by WalkTrendy

Normally all orders are fulfilled but sometimes, the orders can be canceled by us if:

  1. The product ran out of stock
  2. The order is not processed on time.
  3. The product gets damaged during shipment.

 In all such cases, we will refund the amount to your WalkTrendy accounts.

Damaged on Arrival

If you find your order damaged, tampered, or open during the delivery. You can return the order at the very moment and inform us at support@walktrendyshoes.com to get the fresh piece again.

Payment and Pricing

Cash on Delivery

The cash on delivery option is open for almost all the pin codes of the country. There are no additional charges taken for the COD facility.
