Shipping and Delivery:

National Shipping: A nominal amount of ₹99 will be charged as shipping fee on every non-refundable order.

Cash on Delivery: The cash on delivery option is open for almost all the pin codes of the country with a nominal charge of ₹50 

Order Processing: The orders are normally processed in 2 to 3 days after the order is placed.

Delivery Time: The goods are normally delivered in 5 to 10 days of order. (Due to COVID-19 there might be a delay of 3 to 5 days) You can also keep a track of your order ships from the delivery mail sent on your registered email address to know about your order.

International Shipping: We deliver worldwide with nominal shipping charges of US $20.

Delivery Issues: In case, if the order is not collected by the client when our courier partner attempts to deliver, they will try to connect with you via call or message. And after two consecutive delivery attempts, the undelivered parcel will be driven back to our fulfillment center.

Order Delays or Cancellations In case, if the order takes longer to get delivered exceeding your given shipment date. You can drop a mail to us on support@walktrendyshoes.com with your tracking number, to our attention at the issue and resolve it promptly.

Split Shipments In the case of bulk orders, we apply the policy of split shipment to reach out to our customers rapidly. Hence, you can receive 2 or more parcels for a single order simultaneously.

Auto-cancelled orders by WalkTrendyShoes Normally all orders are fulfilled but sometimes, the orders can be cancelled by us for below-mentioned reasons:

  1. The product ran out of stock
  2. The order is not processed on time.
  3. The product gets damaged during shipment. 
  4. In all such cases, we will refund the amount as a store credit.

Online Payment At WalkTrendy, we accept all major domestic and international credit and debit cards. You can also opt for net banking with bank accounts in recognized banks.

Return and Refund:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A nominal amount of ₹99 will be charged as a return shipping fee on every order if your pin code comes under the courier service provided by courier partner, in case it does not, you can return it to us at the below-mentioned address

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as store credit.
