National Shipping: We deliver across India.
Delivery time: The orders are normally delivered between 3-15 days.

Delivery issues: In case, if the order is not collected by the client when our courier partner attempts to deliver, they will try to connect with you via call or message. And after two consecutive delivery attempts, the undelivered parcel will be driven back to our fulfillment center.

Order delays: In case, if the order takes longer to get delivered exceeding your given shipment date, you can call us at customer care numbers with your tracking number, to our attention to the issue and resolve it promptly.

Split shipments: In the case of bulk orders, we apply the policy of split shipment to reach out to our customers rapidly. Hence, you can receive 2 or more parcels for a single order simultaneously.

Auto-cancelled/ and partially fulfilled orders by WalkTrendy:

Normally all orders are fulfilled but sometimes, the orders can be partially fulfilled/ and cancelled by us for the below-mentioned reasons

  1. The product ran out of stock
  2. The order is not processed on time.
  3. The product gets damaged during shipment.
  4. The order is not having a courier service available.
  5. In all such cases, we will refund the amount to the original payment method only.
  6. In all such cases, we only charge for the final dispatched product at discounted rates and the same is conveyed to customers in the auto email. 

       

      How do I exchange?

      • Unfortunately, there is no exchange option available.

      How do I return?

      • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
      • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

       What items are returnable?

      You can return your items within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment.

      • They must be in original condition
      • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
      • In the original packaging

      Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

       Are there any charges for return?

      • There are no charges for return
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

       How soon will I get my refund?

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, then refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be issued within 7 working days.
      • Note: We do not have a " Money Refund " Policy. Right now, our policy only allows refunding as STORE CREDIT with 1 year validity.
